肿瘤细胞免疫原性死亡相关分子的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 用多种化学药物和放射线治疗肿瘤时,肿瘤细胞可发生免疫原性细胞死亡,即肿瘤细胞在发生凋亡的同时,由非免疫原性的细胞转变为具有免疫原性的细胞,并在机体内激发抗肿瘤免疫效应。肿瘤细胞的免疫原性死亡是一种有多种信号分子和细胞因子参与的复杂过程,这些分子的细胞定位和表达水平的改变直接影响死亡肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞之间的相互作用。对肿瘤细胞免疫原性死亡机制的深入研究可为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的依据和手段。本文简要综述了与肿瘤细胞免疫原性死亡相关分子的研究进展。
