摘要
针对翅片管蓄热罐内的热水流动传热以及石蜡的相变蓄热进行了计算流体力学仿真.以蓄热罐的单个蓄热单元为研究对象进行了三维几何建模和非稳态数值计算,所得到的仿真数据能较全面地反映出蓄热单元传热过程中温度场和相变界面的变化规律,对蓄热罐的结构设计和优化运行有重要的参考价值.
Computational fluid dynamics simulations of heat conduction of water flow and phase transition of paraffin in the finned-tube heat exchange tank are performed.A 3D geometry model is established based on the unit heat storage cell of the tank,and the non-steady numerical calculation is also carried out.The variations of temperature field and phase interface of heat storage units can be presented by the data obtained from the simulations,which will provide a reference of the structural design and optimization of the tank.
