摘要
随着经济一体化进程的推进,地理标志的保护成为知识产权保护和国际贸易领域的热点。论述了国内外地理标志保护的模式;从数量、产品类别等方面详细分析了当前国家工商总局、国家质检总局、农业部对地理标志保护的发展现状,剖析了我国地理标志保护中存在的主要问题,提出加强和完善地理标志保护的对策建议。
With the economic integration process,geographical indication protection becomes a highlight within the field of the intellectual property protection and the international trade.This paper discussed the model of the domestic and international geographical indications protection;from the registration number,product category,a detailed analysis of China＇s State Administration for Industry and Commerce,the State General Administration of Quality Supervision,the Ministry of Agriculture on the current situation of geographical indications protection,analysis the problems of geographical indications protection in China,made suggestions to strengthen and perfect the geographical indications protection.
