摘要
国内外地理标志制度主要用于农产品与食品的知识产权保护。山东省的国家地理标志产品现有34种,主要是农产品。本文介绍了我国地理标志产品保护概况与山东省国家地理标志产品的保护现状,并从国家地理标志产品保护范围、地理标志产品专用标志、国家质量标准、地理标志商标等方面,分析了该省国家地理标志产品保护中存在的问题与发展对策,提出了几点针对性的建议。
Shandong Province has 34 kinds of national geographical indication products. They are mainly agricultural products. From kinds of products, scope of their protection, use of special signs of geographical indications, national standards of quality, trademarks of geographical indications and so on, the present protection situation of the national geographical indication products was described, and the pointed proposals were also put forward.
