响应面法优化内部沸腾法提取生米藠头多糖 被引量:12

Optimization of inner ebullition of polysaccharide from Sheng Mi Allium chinense by response surface methodology

摘要 采用响应面法对内部沸腾法提取生米藠头多糖的工艺条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上选取提取时间、提取温度、液料比3因素,利用Box-Benhnken试验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对生米藠头多糖得率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明内部沸腾法提取生米藠头多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取温度85℃,提取时间6min,液料比171。在此条件下可达到较高生米藠头多糖得率,即34.7%。 Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the inner ebullition extraction processes of Polysaccharide from ShengMi Allium chinense.Based on the single factor experiment,the statistical regression model was established between the extraction yield of Polysaccharide(dependent variable) and several independent variables(extraction time,ratio of solid to liquid and extraction temperature) through Box-Benhnken design and RSM.The optimum extraction conditions were as followed:85 ℃ of extraction temperature,17:1 of liquid feed ratio and 6 mins of extraction time.The yield of polysaccharide extracted under the optimal conditions reached 34.7%.
