摘要
智力障碍同退化的人格特质相关。加强对智障儿童人格的教育有助于提升智障儿童的生活品质。罗杰斯的人格理论对智障儿童人格教育具有重要的启示作用。其主要表现在加强学生对自我的认知,遵循学生人格发展规律,组织有效教学;充分提供各方面的支持,最大限度发挥学生的自我实现倾向;尊重学生的个体差异,以学生为中心开展活动;在情景化学习环境里提供功能性的课程。
Mental d isabili ty is related with the degenerated special characteristics of personality. Enhancing mentally disabled children's personality education is helpful to promote their life quality. Rogers's personality theory has great enlightenment about personality education of mentally disabled children. First, we should augment students' self cognition, follow the law of development of students' personality and organize effective teaching; second, we should provide support from all aspects and bring students' self-realization tendency to full play; third, we should respect individual differences among the students and develop children-centered activities; fourth, we should provide functional courses in scene-set learnin~ environment.
