摘要
基于微观个体视角,从大学生就业能力准备、职业选择、地点偏好与信息获取渠道方面阐述我国大学生就业过程中存在的问题,揭示大学生群体就业难的微观因素。从树立正确就业观、重视人力资本积累、做好职业生涯规划、探索多元化就业形式四个方面提出了可行建议。
Based on the micro-individual perspective, this paper explores somequestions about the college students ： the prepra tion of employability ,the choice of career, the preference of place and the access to information. Further on,this paper reveals the mi cro-individual factors of the difficulty of the college students. At the same time, this paper gives some feasible suggestions on forming the correct concept of employment, attaching the importance to human capital, making the career planning, and exploring the diversifi- cations forms of employment.
