摘要
通过非水微乳液法制备了纳米氧化铈,并将之添加到90#汽油中,研究了纳米氧化铈对汽油动力性能、尾气污染物CO、HC、PM、NOx排放的影响。结果表明:非水微乳液法制备的纳米氧化铈粒径在30~50 nm之间,粒径分布较窄;添加浓度为100 mg/L时,不会对汽油的动力性能产生明显影响,但可以明显降低90#汽油尾气中的CO、HC、PM、NOx排放。其中,800 r/min的正常怠速下可以降低CO排放19.39%、HC排放19.92%、NOx排放51.19%、PM排放25%;在2 000 r/min的高怠速下可降低CO排放16.17%、NOx排放46.92%、PM排放16.67%。
Cerium oxide (CeO2) nanoparticles were prepared by nonaqueous microemulsion and were add- ed into 90# gasoline. The effect of CeO2 nanopartiele on engine power performance and the emission of CO, HC, PM, NOx in engine exhausts were evaluated. It was found that the CeO2 powders synthesized within nonaqueous microemulsions had an average particle size of 30 - 50 nm in narrow size distribution. The addition of CeO2 in gasoline (100 mg/L) did not obviously affect the engine power performance. CeO2 nanoparticles markedly de- creased the pollutants emission levels in engine exhausts, especially CO, HC, NO, PM levels at 800 r/min idle speed was respectively reduced about 19.39% , 19.92% , 51.19% and 25%. For the 2 000 r/min idle speed, the CO, NOx, PM exhaust levels was reduced about 16.17% , 46.92% and 16.67% , respectively.
