实验教师是实验教学和管理的中坚力量,他们的工作热情和综合素质直接关系到实验教学的质量和实验室管理工作的顺利展开。通过对实验教师的心理冲突的剖析,对如何提高实验教师的业务素质和工作热情提出了一些可行的解决方法。
Teachers in laboratory are solid forces of experimental teaching and management, and their working enthusiasm and comprehensive quality will affect the quality of experimental teaching and the development of laboratory management greatly. Through the analysis of psychological conflicts of university teachers in laboratory, some feasible methods are put forward to improve professional qualities and passion of laboratory teachers.
