摘要
以科学发展观为指导,把以人为本等重要思想融入高校实验员工作中去.提出要坚持以学生为本的育人理念、以教师为本的服务理念,充分发挥主观能动性,全面提高自身素质及业务能力,加强团结协作意识,使高校实验室工作全面、协调、可持续发展.
This paper melts the important"people-oriented"thought into the work undertaken by laboratory technician in colleges and universities under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook of Development.It is suggested that it is imperative to put students and teachers first and to exert their subjective initiative.It is also important to improve teacher's quality and capability and to enhance their consciousness of cooperation.So that comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development will be carried out throughout the work undertaken by laboratory technician in colleges and universities.
