摘要
目的制作慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)大鼠模型,观察高压氧对CFS大鼠促甲状腺激素(thyiod stimulating hormone,TSH),四碘甲状腺原氨酸(tetraildothyonine,T4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、高压氧对照组、CFS模型组、CFS高压氧组及CFS休息组,采用负重力竭游泳的方法建立CFS动物模型,采用放射免疫法检测血清甲状腺激素(TSH、T3、T4)水平。结果 CFS模型组较空白对照组血清T3明显降低(P<0.05);CFS高压氧组T3水平较CFS模型组有所恢复,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CFS高压氧组T3较空白对照组、高压氧对照组偏低(P<0.05);5组大鼠的TSH、T4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CFS大鼠血清T3下降,经高压氧治疗后T3水平较前有所恢复,说明高压氧对CFS有积极作用。
Objective To establish rat models suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS),and study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),tetraiodothyronine(T4) and triiodothyronine(T3) in the CFS rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,control group treated with the hyperbaric oxygen,CFS model group,CFS group treated with the hyperbaric oxygen and CFS rest group.A CFS animal model was established by an exhausting swimming.Levels of TSH,T3 and T4 were determined by a radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the blank control group,the CFS model group had an obviously decreased level of T3(P 0.05).Compared with the CFS model group,the CFS group treated with the hyperbaric oxygen had a recovered level of T3,which has a statistical significance(P 0.05).Compared with the blank control group and the control group treated with the hyperbaric oxygen,the CFS group treated with the hyperbaric oxygen had a lower level of T3(P 0.05).There was no significant difference for the levels of TSH and T4 in all five groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The level of T3 is initially decreased in the CSF rats,and is then recovered in some extent after the hyperbaric oxygen therapy,which suggests that the hyperbaric oxygen therapy plays a positive and active role in treatment of CSF.
