摘要
目的观察糖复康制剂对糖尿病并发“低T3综合征”大鼠模型的作用机制。方法将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、达美康组、低剂量组、高剂量组,治疗8周后,观察各组血清rT3、TSH、T3、T4、FF3、FT4水平。结果各治疗组阿3水平上升,rT3水平下降,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论糖复康制剂对糖尿病并发“低T3综合征”有明显调节作用。
Objective To observe the mechanism of treatment of low T3 syndrome caused by diabetes mellitus in rats with Tangfukang. Methods Experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, Diamicron group, low dosage group, and high dosage group. The value of rT3 , TSH, T3 , T4, FT3 , FT4 were observed after 8 weeks. Results After treating, the value of FT3 increased, and the value of rT3 decreased, and they had significant differences compared with model group ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Tangfukang play a role in treating low T3 syndrome caused by diabetes mellitus.
