摘要
介绍了以唑酮和对氯氯苄反应制备多效唑中间体氯唑酮的清洁生产工艺,通过对催化剂种类、催化剂加入量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、碱浓度(NaOH质量分数),等工艺参数的优化,产品氯唑酮的反应收率及纯度达90%左右。该工艺在实现产品高收率和确保纯度的条件下,减少了对环境的污染。
The clean technology to produce paclobutrazol intermediate chlorenone by sulfinpyrazone and p-chlorobenyl chloride is introduced.Through the optimization of technical parameters such as the category of catalysts,catalysts dosage,molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time and alkali concentration,the yield and purity of product chlorenone can reach about 90%.The technical process can realize high yield and purity of product,and the environmental pollution is reduced.
