甲状腺微小乳头状癌19例病理分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察甲状腺微小乳头状癌的临床病理特征。方法对甲状腺微小乳头状癌19例临床病理资料进行分析。结果 19例甲状腺微小乳头状癌呈结节状或纤维瘢痕状,边界不清,灰白色,质中等,直径约为0.2～1.0 cm,癌组织有纤维血管轴心的复杂分支乳头状结构及毛玻璃核、核内胞浆假包涵体、核沟,纤维间质反应及砂粒体。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌常与其它良性疾病伴发,需多取材、多切片,以免漏诊。
