摘要
介绍了轨道交通车辆用螺杆式空压机的工作原理。分析了空压机机油乳化的原因,如温控阀作用不良、最低压力阀关闭不严、空气滤清器不合格或太脏、空压机运转效率低等,并提出了相应的预防措施,以延长空压机的使用寿命。
With an analysis of the working principle of screw compressor and the reasons for oil emulsification used for rail transit vehicles, including the bad performance of temperature control valve, the unqualified and dirty air cleaner and the low efficiency of air compressor, some measures to prevent the oil emulsification and to extend the service life of screw compressor are proposed.
