摘要
通过对DF11、DF4D型机车运用中压缩机油的各项理化性能指标及压缩机构造缺陷的分析,找出了压缩机油乳化的原因,并提出了十分有效的改进措施。采取该措施后,显著降低了压缩机油的乳化率,取得了令人满意的效果。
By analysing all the physics-chemistry performance indexes of the compressor oil in service and the shortcoming in design of the compressor for DF11 and DF4D locomotivees,the reason for compressor oil to be emulsified has been found out.Then the improving measures were proposed and its practical results is satisfactory.
