摘要
针对国内大部分煤炭企业缺乏有效投资决策机制,投资效益不高的情况,提出应加强投资项目管理,建立科学的投资决策机制,加大项目实施过程中的监督和控制,建立项目投资的后评价制度以确保投资项目建成优质、效益项目等具体建议。
According to the major domestic coal enterprises lacked of effective investment decision mechanism and with low investment benefits, the paper proposed that the investment project management should be enhanced, scientific investment decision mechanism should be established, the supervision and control should be enhanced during the project implementation period and a post evaluation system of the project investment should be established to ensure the investment project constructed to be a quality and benefit project.
