摘要
通过对企业项目管理能力进行评价,可以促进企业提高项目管理水平,利用现代项目管理理论,构建适用于一般企业进行项目管理能力评价的指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,在邀请行业内专家对各评价指标进行打分的基础上,计算出该企业项目管理能力的等级,最后以实例证明了该评价体系的有效性和实用性.
The evaluation of enterprise project management capabilities can promote the enterprises to improve the level of project management. According to modern project management theory, the project management capability evaluation index system which is applicable to general business is built. Then the hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of each index weight, and the specialists are invited to score the evaluation indicator,thus the level of the enterprises management capabilities can be calculated. Final- ly,the validity and practicality of the evaluation system are confirmed by examples.
