摘要
目的调查分析门诊糖尿病患者胰岛素使用知识掌握程度及使用态度,为其干预提供依据。方法 2009年1月-2011年12月每年于门诊抽查120例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将3年抽查患者的胰岛素使用知识掌握程度、使用态度及疾病控制情况进行调查研究,并将结果分别进行比较。结果 2011年患者的胰岛素使用知识掌握程度优良率及使用态度较佳率分别为92.50%和95.00%,均高于2009年及2010年的患者,而2011年患者的疾病控制优良率为91.67%,高于2009年及2010年的患者,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论随着时间的推移,门诊糖尿病患者胰岛素使用知识掌握程度及使用态度呈现逐年改善的状态,对于疾病的有效控制发挥着积极的作用。
Objective To investigate their insulin application knowledge and attitude in diabetes outpatients,and provide a ba- sis for the intervention of diabetes mellitus. Methods Total 120 diabetes outpatients from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as object of study, a survey on the insulin application knowledge, attitude and disease controlling recent 3 years were car- fled out, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The excellent and good rate for insulin application knowledge and positive attitude in 2011 were 92.50% and 95.00% ,respectively ,and were all better than those in 2009 and 2010. The excellent and good rate for disease controlling was 91.67% , it was higher than those in 2009 and 2010, the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The mastering degree of insulin application knowledge and application attitude of diabetes outpatients show a continuous improvement with the time going, and it plays an active role in effectively controlling the disease.
