摘要目的阐述胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法比较胰岛素泵注射治疗(观察组)和直接药物皮下注射治疗(对照组)的降血糖效果有无差异。结果治疗后观察组的低血糖发生率、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均显著低于对照组。结论胰岛素泵注射对治疗2型糖尿病安全有效。 Objective Describe treatment effect of the insulin pump on type 2 diabetes. Methods Compare whether there were differences on antidiabetic effects of insulin pump therapy （observation group） and direct drug skin-pop therapy （control group）. Results After therapy, ncidence of hypoglycemia, FBG and 2h blood sugar after meal of observation group were all significantly lower than control group. Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous insulin therapy has better and safe effect on treating of type 2 diabetes.
