摘要
水产养殖业是我国渔业的重要组成部分,但是它应对突发、恶劣自然灾害的措施和能力不足,造成了巨大的损失。为了实现最大限度地减损,应当加强对灾害的认识,并切实提高应对能力。论文分析了水产养殖灾害的成因和巨大影响,并对如何做好水产养殖业防灾减灾工作,提出了一些防范对策,为水产行政管理部门和水产养殖从业人员提供了一定的参考。
The aquaculture industry was an important part of our fisheries, but lack of measures and capacity to deal with emergencies and severe to natural disasters often resulted in huge economic losses. In order to maximize the derogation, disasters awareness and capacity to respond effectively should be strengthened and improved. In this paper, causes and tremendous impacts on aquaculture disasters were analyzed, and preventive measures were put forward to provide references for the fisheries administrative departments and aquaculture practitioners.
