摘要
目的了解我院抗生素的药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为抗生素的合理应用提供对策。方法对我院2009年12月至2011年12月发生的125例抗生素不良反应报告,采用统计学方法对其进行统计,分析。结果 125例不良反应报告中,以头孢类药物引起的不良反应占最多;给药途径中为静脉注射引起的不良反应最多,临床表现最常见的不良反应是皮肤及其附件的损伤,男性ADR的发生率为56%,女性发生率为44%。结论临床医师应重视ADR的发生,一旦发现及时处理及上报,并应合理使用抗生素,注意指针以及用法用量,避免滥用。
Objective Our understanding of the antibiotics adverse drug reactions（ADR） of conditions,and reasonable use of antibiotics provide countermeasures.Methods In December 2009 in our hospital in a December 2011 of 125 cases happened antibiotics adverse reaction reports,using statistical methods for the statistics,analysis.Result 125 cases of adverse reactions in the report,to cephalosporin drugs cause adverse reactions accounted for most;The administration way for intravenous cause adverse reaction of the most,clinical manifestations of the most common adverse reactions is the skin and its annex damage,and men of ADR was 56%,and female rate of 44%.Conclusion Clinical doctors should attach importance to the occurrence of ADR,once found that handle in time and report,and shall be reasonable use of antibiotics,pay attention to the pointer and usage and dosage,avoid abuse.
