摘要
金属有机框架材料(MOFs)是由金属节点和有机配体组成的多孔晶体,在气体储存、催化降解、传感检测和医药抗菌等诸多领域受到广泛关注。在医药抗菌领域,MOFs不仅可作为良好的药物缓释载体,还兼具生物可降解性、抑制细菌活性等特性,因而成为新一代抗菌材料的研究热点。综述了MOFs的结构设计和特点,从MOFs作为抗菌剂和MOFs作为载体负载抗菌剂进行高效抗菌两个方面详细介绍了其在抗菌领域的应用。
Metal-organic framing materials(MOFs)are porous crystals composed of metal nodes and organic ligands,which have gained wide attention in gas storage,catalytic degradation,sensing and detection,and antibacterial applications.In the field of pharmaceutical antibacterial,MOFs can not only serve as good drug sustained release carriers,but also have the characteristics of biodegradability and bacterial activity inhibition,thus becoming a research hotspot for the next generation of antibacterial materials.This paper reviewed the structural design and characteristics of MOFs,and presented their applications in detail from two aspects:MOFs as antibacterial agents and MOFs as carrier loaded with antibacterial agents for highly efficient antibacterial applications.
