随着可采资源的逐步耗竭,秀山这座资源型城市面临着城市发展的不可持续问题。要实现可持续发展,唯一的途径就是转型。本文在肯定成绩,反思问题的基础上,探讨如何通过科学的规划,策略的产业设计,由比较优势向竞争优势转型,从而实现城市的可持续性发展。
