摘要
采用分层建模的方法,对气相色谱法测定水产品中五氯苯酚及其钠盐残留量的不确定度进行评定,分析了测量过程中不确定度的各项来源,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果为标准曲线回归拟合的不确定度贡献最大,其次为样品前处理的不确定度。
In order to study the influencing factors of uncertainty in measuring pentachlorophenol and its sodium salts residues in fishery products, a mathematic model was established by using representational experimental data. The method of evaluation was achieved by analysis of the uncertainty sources. As a result, the concentration of sample solution, which was gained from standard solution and standard curve, was the biggest factor affecting uncertainty in measurement, while sample preparation was the second factor.
