In Tarim Oilfieht on the test well design in terms of the specific practical work exposed some problems from the view of ergonomics, discusses these problems may be on staff at a specific operation effects, and puts forward some suggestions and opinions, in order to cause the enterprise to the man-machine engineering in the actual work of attention.
