摘要 对配置有双联井架的第6代深水半潜式钻井平台自动化钻机的控制室进行了设计;对自动化的管子处理系统、钻杆排放系统、BOP运输及控制系统、泥浆循环系统等进行集中控制的系统提出了建议,分析了集中控制的优点,并结合人机工程学理论对控制室进行了概念设计,探讨了控制室人员编制和培训。 A design for driller cabin of automatic rig of deep water semi-submersible platform was given, which was a dual derrick layout and an integrated the control of annular tube handling system, pipe handling system, BOP transport and control system, mud circulation system were suggested. The advantages of integrated control were analyzed. A conception design for the driller cabin based on human-machine factor was given, and the organization and training of the operators was discussed.
