摘要
目的:建立测定补心气口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法。色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为常温,进样量为20μL,蒸发光散射检测器的载气(空气)流速为2.50L·min-1,蒸发温度为90℃,雾化温度为50℃。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在1~22μg范围内的自然对数值与峰面积积分值的自然对数值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为97.13%,RSD=2.65%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于补心气口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of astragaloside IV in Buxinqi oral solution. METHODS: HPLC-ELSD method was adopted. The separation was performed on Kromasil ODS C18, column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (35:65) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min 1. The column temperature was room temperature and injec- tion volume was 20 μL. The flow rate of carrier gas (air) of ELS detector was 2.50 L- rain 1. The evaporating temperature was 90℃ and atomizing temperature was 50℃. RESULTS: The linear range of astragaloside 1V was 1-22 μg (r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 97.13% (RSD=2.65%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Buxinqi oral solution.
