摘要
由于黄芪甲苷在近紫外区仅在 2 0 0nm左右处有弱的末端吸收 ,易受其它因素干扰 ,介绍和探讨黄芪甲苷的含量测定研究状况 ,比较不同方法的优劣 ,为更好的研究其测定方法提供思路。
Astragaloside ⅳ not only was weakly absorbed beyond 200 nm of ultravi olet ray area in the end but also was disturbed by other factors. Therefore, the research state of testing the content of Astragaloside ⅳ were introduced and e xplored in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods of testing the content of Astragaloside ⅳ were compared so that a better testing m ethod would be obtained.
