摘要
利用石蜡制片法解剖研究矮樱桃果实的发育过程 ,将其发育过程分为 3个时期 :( 1 )果实细胞旺盛分裂和增大期 :外果皮细胞垂周分裂 ,以增加果实表面积 ;中果皮和内果皮主要进行平周分裂以增加细胞层数 ,同时 3层果皮的细胞体积也增大。 ( 2 )内果皮细胞硬化期 :外果皮和中果皮的细胞停止分裂 ,体积增大也不明显 ,内果皮细胞壁逐渐加厚、硬化。( 3)中果皮细胞显著增大期 :中果皮的细胞的体积弦向增大的同时 ,径向延长更明显。其成熟果实角质层很薄 ,中果皮细胞壁薄 ,组织排列疏松 ,内具木质化果核。果实发育的全过程约为 50 d,第一时期约为 1 8d,第二时期约 1 6d,第三时期约 1 6d。
With the normal paraffin sectioning,the fruit development of dwarf cherry was anatomically studied by the authors.The process of fruit development can be divided into three stages:Stage 1 is the vigrous division and enlargement of fruit cells.During Stage 1,epicarp cells divide anticlinally for the extention of fruit surface,mesocarp and endocarp cells mainly divide periclinally and the number of cell layers increases.At the same time,the volume of mast fruit cells enlarges.Stage 2 is the hardening of endocarp cells.There is no cell division in epicarp and mesocarp,and the cell volume no longer enlarges obviously,but the cell wall of endocarp is thickened and hardened gradually.Stage 3 is the notable enlargement of mesocarp cells whose radical elongation is more obvious.The cutincle of mature fruit is very thin.The cell wall of mesocarp cells is thin and the cells of mesocarp arrange loosely.The process of fruit development needs about 50 days.Stage 1 is from April 2 to April 20,and stage 2 from April 20 to May 4,and stage 3 from May 4 to May 21.
