摘要
目的了解成都市金牛区食品、公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝病毒感染状况,从而为预防与控制相关传染病的发生、为相关单位卫生监督提供依据。方法收集2010-2011年来金牛区预防医学门诊部进行健康检查的食品及公共场所从业人员的体检资料进行统计分析。结果 2年从业人员肝炎病毒总体携带率为0.44%,甲肝病毒总体携带率为0.38%,戊肝病毒总体携带率为0.057%。结论重视并坚持对服务行业从业人员的定期健康体检,加强对从业人员的管理,开展疫苗接种工作和卫生知识健康教育以增强其自我保护意识。
Objective To investigate the situation of hepatic virus infection among employees of food service and public places in Jinniu district,and thus to provide reference for prevention measures and hygiene supervision.Methods Physical examination data of the employees during 2010 to 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Total carrying rate of hepatic virus was 0.44%;the total carry rate of HAV was 0.38%;the total carrying rate of HEV was 0.057%.Conclusion Measures such as regular physical examination,personnel management,inoculation as well as health education should be carried out towards employees,so as to elevate the health conscious of self protection.
