摘要
施工现场安全分析中存在模糊性和难以分辨性的问题。根据相关法律、法规和规范,首先从安全生产管理制度、安全教育与宣传、安全生产、安全管理组织机构、劳动保护等方面构建了施工现场安全管理的评价指标体系,然后使用区间数AHP给各指标赋权;再基于Vague集理论建立了施工现场安全的改进模糊综合评价数学模型;最后进行了实证分析。结果表明该方法能够反映工地的现场安全管理情况。
The given paper takes it as its mission to develop a safety comprehensive evaluation method to change the passive accidents-prevention situation into an active guard-against strategy. As we know, in the construction site safety analysis field, there always exist ambiguity or uncertainty against production safety and security and the ne- cessity to pursue appropriate measures to guarantee the problem of safe production. To solve such a problem, the present paper intends to establish an evaluation index system for the construction site safety management. Based on the study of the relevant laws, rules and pro- duction regulations, first of all, we have got to know that all the following indices are of primary importance: the safety operation regulations and standards, safety education and publicity, safety construction and safety management organization, labor protection and safeguard, etc. Secondly, to make sure all the above mentioned indices' weights in proper place in accordance with the production demands, it would be necessary to introduce the interval Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) into our study. In comparison with the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), we have put forward an improved weight-providing means, which can, to some extent, settle the uncertain problem of expert' s judgment for such an expert' s judgment cannot provide a hundred-per-cent assurance. Thirdly, based on the fuzzy sets theory, we have set up a melioration fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for construction site safety control. Since the fuzzy sets theory is dynamic and characteristic of full-scale information, which can help to better reflect the above said indices. And, finally, corresponding empirical analysis should also be prudently included so as to justify the theory concerned. Thus, it is always necessary to make a more all-around comprehensive conclusion based on the com- mon fuzzy evaluation problems based on the fuzzy sets theory. The results of our investigation prove that the method developed by us can accurately and effectively reflect the objective situation demands for safety control of the construction site, on the condition that precautions and preventive measures should be set out in case any accidents may take place.
