摘要
对双螺母预紧的滚珠丝杠副进行了接触受力分析,推导出接触变形的公式,建立了滚珠丝杠副的轴向刚度计算公式。研究分析了影响滚珠丝杠副轴向刚度的几个主要因素,包括预紧力、螺旋升角、接触角等,给出了这几个因素与滚珠丝杠副轴向刚度对应的关系曲线,为新型高速滚珠丝杠的合理设计提供了理论基础。
Contact stress analysis on the high-speed double-nut ball screw unit has been done, contact deformation has been derived, and we got the formulas of axial stiffness of ball screw unit, and then we got some main factors which could influence the axial stiffness of ball screw unit, such as preload force, helix an- gle, contact angle and so on. Then we got the influence on ball screw unit caused by these factors and the corresponding related curves, that can provide theoretical support for the reasonable design on new high-speed ball screws.
