摘要
为了提高滚珠丝杠进给系统的轴向接触刚度,采用赫兹空间接触理论,推导了滚珠丝杠进给系统轴向接触刚度的理论计算公式,并研究了滚珠丝杠进给系统的结构性能参数对滚珠丝杠进给系统轴向接触刚度的影响.结果表明,滚珠丝杠进给系统的轴向接触刚度随轴向接触载荷、接触角(30°~60°)和滚珠个数的增加而明显增大;随滚道曲率比的增加而明显减小;随螺旋升角(2°~22°)的增加而增大,但增大幅度不明显.
In order to improve the axial contact stiffness of screw feed system,the theoretical calculated formula of screw feed system's axial contact stiffness was deduced by using Hertz space contact theory. The effects of screw feed system's structural performance parameter on its axial contact stiffness were studied. The results show that the axial contact stiffness of screw feed system increases obviously with the increase of axial contact load,contact angle( 30° ~ 60°),and ball number,decreases strongly with the increase of raceway curvature ratio,and increases with the increase of helix angle( 2° ~ 22°),but the increase is not obvious.
