摘要
磁性纳米颗粒由于其特有的磁性能、靶向性以及与生物相容性等特点,被广泛应用于体内疾病的检测和治疗。系统介绍了体内用磁性纳米颗粒的特性及其制备,列举了一些常见的体内用磁性纳米颗粒表面修饰材料以及磁性纳米颗粒在体内靶向应用的一些进展,最后对其临床应用进行了展望。
Magnetic nanoparticles are widely used in detecting and treating diseases in vivo for their characteristics of unique magnetic property, targeting effect and biocompatibility. In this paper we introduce the characteristics and preparation of magnetic nanoparticles uesd in vivo, present some surface modification materials of magnetic nanoparticles uesd in vivo and expound the targeted applications of magnetic nanoparticles in vivo. Finally, a brief outlook on the clinical application is presented.
