基于漏磁原理的油管横纵向缺陷磁化及仿真

摘要 在油管缺陷的漏磁检测领域,目前采用的磁化方式多样,因而在磁化装置的设计及缺陷检测的结果上存在很大差异。一个适当合理的磁化方式不仅决定着被测对象能否产生出可被分辨的磁场信号,同时也影响着检测信号的性能特性和检测装置的结构特性。针对被测构件的结构特点和测量目的,选择磁化方式是整个缺陷检测的关键。针对油管的横纵向缺陷,设计靶向磁化方案,并对缺陷进行了磁场仿真,理论上为磁化装置的设计提供了参考。 In the field of magnetic flux leakage testing for the pipeline defects, currently the way of magnetization is diversiform, and there are great differences on the design of magnetizer and the testing results of the defects. A proper and reasonableway of magnetization not only determines whether the detected object would produce a magnetic field signal that can be distin-guished, but also affects the signal detection performance characteristics and the structure characteristics of the detection device. Therefore, based on the structural feature of measured components and purpose of measuring, selection of the magnetization mode is the key to the whole defect detection. In this paper, aiming at the defects of transverse longitudinal defects of oilpipe, the targeted magnetization scheme is designed, and the magnetic simulation of the defects is carried out, thus it wouldprovide references for the design of magnetizing devices in theory.
