Delta like蛋白及乙酰肝素酶在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与微血管密度关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 1991年weidner等首先报道肿瘤的微血管与乳腺癌生长、转移和复发的密切相关。肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)已被认为是评价肿瘤血管生成的金标准。因为新生的血管细小无序.所以需要特异的血管内皮细胞分子标记物。通常选用的是Ⅷ因子抗原、CD31、CD34等。其中CD34在肿瘤血管的内皮细胞均有表达.是一种新的血管生成相关抗原。CD34抗体和CD31、Ⅷ因子抗体比较,其染色更加敏感,能突出显示较小的和不成熟的微血管或单一的内皮细胞,而且重复性好。
