原发性肝癌彩色多普勒超声血流分级与微血管生成的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨原发性肝癌彩色多普勒超声血流分级与肝癌组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、微血管密度(MVD)表达的关系。方法选择2012年1月~2015年8月在我院行手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者80例,彩色多普勒超声检查采用美国GE v730型超声诊断仪,采用免疫组化SP法染色,操作按试剂盒操作说明进行,分别进行VEGF、MMP-9、CD31染色,CD31反映MVD。结果 80例患者,0级12例,Ⅰ级26例,Ⅱ级23例,Ⅲ级19例;Spearman等级相关分析,超声血流分级与临床分期呈正相关(r=0.489,P〈0.05)。随着超声血流分级增加,VEGF、MMP-9、MVD表达呈升高趋势,各血流分级VEGF、MMP-9、MVD表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),Spearman等级相关分析VEGF、MMP-9、MVD表达与超声血流分级均呈正相关性(r=0.521、0.589、0.715,P〈0.05)。结论超声血流分级对肝癌病理特征有一定的判断价值,血流分级与肝癌组织微血管生成密切相关,是一种安全性高的无创辅助检查方式。 Objective To explore the relationship between color Doppler ultrasound blood flow liver cancer and liver cancer tissue grading of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), microvessel den sity(MVD) expression. Methods From January 2012 to August 2015 selected primary liver cancer patients in our hospital surgical treatment of 80 cases, color Doppler ultrasound examination was used by the US GE v730 diagnostic ultrasound, immunohistochemical staining SP was performed, operation press kit operating instructions, respectively VEGF, MMP-9, CD31 stained, CD31 reflected MVD. Results 80 patients, 0 grade 12 cases, Ⅰ grade 26 cases, Ⅱ grade23 cases, Ⅲ grade 19 cases, Spearman rank correlation analysis, ultrasonic flow grade were positively correlated with the clinical stage(r=0.489, P〈0.05). With the increase of ultrasonic flow grade, VEGF, MMP-9, MVD expression increased,and each flow grade VEGF, MMP-9, MVD expression, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), Spearman rank correlation analysis of VEGF, MMP-9, MVD expression and ultrasonic flow grade were positively correlated(r=0.521,0.589, 0.715, P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound flow grade pathological features of liver cancer have a certain value judgments, flow grade and tumor tissue angiogenesis is closely related, is a safe, noninvasive examinations way.
