摘要
目的考察丹红注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性,为糖尿病患者的用药提供参考依据。方法按照《中国药典》中的方法,模拟临床常用药物浓度,配制样品溶液,分别检测配伍液放置0、1、2、4、6 h后的外观性状、pH值、不溶性微粒和含量变化。结果丹红注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍后6 h内,各项指标均无明显变化。结论丹红注射液可与木糖醇注射液配伍,配伍液在6 h内稳定。
Objective To study the stability of Danhong injection combined with xylitol injection, so as to provide harmacological reference for diabetes patients. Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia, sample solution were prepared according to the clinical drug concentrations. The fluid compatibility testing of the appearance, pH value, insoluble particles, and content were performed at 0, 1, 2, 4, 6 h after the preparation. Flesults The tested index of Danhong injection combined with xylitol injection had no remarkable change within 6 h. Conclusion The solution of Danhong injection combined with xylitol injection can maintain stability within 6 h.
