摘要 目的观察替米沙坦对大鼠糖尿病肾病中PPAR_γ途径的作用。方法予替米沙坦治疗大鼠糖尿病肾病。结论替米沙坦可能通过PPAR_γ途径对糖尿病肾病中肾脏损伤起保护作用。
