摘要
目的为了更加清楚的认识日益突出的药物变态反应问题。方法归纳并总结了迄今为止药物变态反应发生的机制研究。结果与结论基于药物变态反应类型与诱发因素的多样性,提示系统研究药物变态反应作用机制的重要性。
Objective To analyze the prominent problems about drug allergies. Methods The studing results, so far, of the mechanism of action in drug allergies were summarized. Results There is diverse in responsive typies and inducing factors of drug allergies. Conclusion It is important for the mechanism of drug allergies to be systimatically investigated.
