γ-干扰素增强他莫昔芬抗ER阴性乳腺癌细胞作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 他莫昔芬(tamonifen,TAM)对ER阴性乳腺癌的有效率为5%~10%,但其作用机制尚不清楚.γ-干扰素能调节机体免疫力,与某些化疗药物同时应用能够增强化疗药物的抗肿瘤作用.本文通过研究联合应用TAM与γ-干扰素对ER阴性乳腺癌细胞周期与凋亡的影响,以及相关凋亡蛋白的表达,探索TAM与γ-干扰素联合用于治疗ER阴性乳腺癌病人的可行性,为其进一步临床应用提供理论依据.
