摘要
目的观察喜炎平联合口服酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎治疗效果。方法选择患儿108例,随机分成2组,每组各54例。对照组采用补充液体电解质及对症处理等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用喜炎平联合口服酪酸梭菌活菌散。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效例数明显高于对照组(χ2=7.57,P<0.01),有效例数亦高于对照组(χ2=3.93,P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合口服酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎可获显著疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xiyanping combined with oral clostridium butyricum powder,live in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods 108 cases of children were randomly divided into two groups,each with 54 cases.In the control group conventional therapy was employed.Comprehensive measurements such as liquid electrolytes supplement as well as symptomatic treatment etc.were provided.The treatment group,on the other hand,were treated with oral clostridium butyricum powder,live combined with xiyanping.Clinical effect was observed.Results The remarkable effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（χ2=7.57,P〈0.01）,and the general effect higher than that of the control group（χ2=3.93,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping combined with oral clostridium butyricum powder,live in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis may be remarkably effective.
