摘要
伴随社会发展和科技进步的加快,企业项目管理能力已经成为当今企业实践与理论研究的热点。旨在总结国内外通用项目管理能力理论和研究成果的基础上,评析企业项目管理能力与通用项目管理能力的不同,阐明企业项目管理能力的内涵与特征,指出当今项目管理能力研究的不足与发展方向。
As the development of society, science and technology, the competence of enterprise project management has become the focus of practice and theoretical study. On the basis of the generalization of the theories of universal project management competence and research fruit, article analyzes the difference between the competence of project management of an enterprise and universal project management This article also gives the essence and characteristics of the competence of project management of an enterprise and points out the deficiency and developmental direction of modern researches on the competence of project management.
