摘要
高校职员改制后,管理人员工资水平有所降低,导致管理人员工作积极性不足,本文分析了高校职员改制的意义,同时研究分析了提高管理人员工作积极性的具体措施。
The salary of managers is reduced after the college staff systems have reformed, that leads to the lack of motiva- tion. This paper studies the meaning of reform and studies the measures of improving motivation.
