摘要
对73份北方春小麦材料的旗叶与穗部蚜量级别与对应部位的6个形态特征性状指标列联表分析,结果表明:穗部颜色、茎秆颜色与对应部位的麦长管蚜抗蚜级别正相关,颜色越绿,抗蚜性越强;旗叶颜色、旗叶光滑度、旗叶卷曲度与对应部位的麦长管蚜抗蚜性无关。15份春小麦材料叶毛密度与旗叶蚜量级别相关分析表明,叶毛密度与旗叶抗蚜性无关。
Sitobion avenae F. is one of the important aphid species infesting on spring wheat (Triticum aes- tivum. ) in western China. The aim of this research is to get the roles of spring wheat physical features in the re-sistance to the aphids. The result showed that the panicle color and stalk color positively correlated to the aphid resistant rank by using correspondence analysis for 2 X 2 contingency table of 73 wheat varieties, which means more green the color was,more high the resistance was. And the flag leaf color,flag leaf rolling,flag leaf smooth did not relate to the resistance. The relationship between flag leaf hair density of 15 varieties were researched by using regression analysis. The result showed that these index did not correlate to the aphid resistance.
