摘要
通过调节水稻卷叶剂量效应基因rl(t)的表达量,获得叶片向近轴面或远轴面卷曲的8个不同叶片卷曲程度的日本晴背景卷叶近等基因系,研究叶片卷曲对水稻生长的影响。结果表明:叶片向近轴面或远轴面卷曲均能提高叶片直立度,并通过降低叶片披垂角来降低叶片的披垂度;近等基因系的产量与叶片卷曲度之间呈抛物线关系,当叶片卷曲度为5.9%时,产量最高。讨论了采用相同的策略,研究并确定不同类型水稻品种最适卷曲度的可行性。
Eight rice NILs with different leaf rolling index (LRI) under the background of Nipponbare have been obtained by regulating expression of dosage-dependent rolled leaf gene rl(t). These NILs were used to analyse the relation- ship between LRI and economic traits. The result of the model of LRI and yield showed that, the yield of Nipponbare was quadratically correlated with the LRI, and the yield reached the peak when the LRI was about 5.9%. These results sug- gested that, the most appropriate LRI was about 5.9%. The feasibility of strategy was also studied and discussed to define the the most appropriate LRI of different rice varieties.
