高效液相色谱法测定细胞内白藜芦醇的含量

摘要 目的建立一种用高效液相色谱法检测细胞内白藜芦醇含量的方法。方法以反式阿魏酸为内标,流动相为甲醇:水:磷酸=45:55:0.1;流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长为310nm。结果白藜芦醇在0.6325~30μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,白藜芦醇的最低检测浓度为0.2μmol/L。结论该法准确,灵敏度高,可为进一步研究和开发白藜芦醇提供参考依据。 Objective To establish a novel method to determinate the Resveratrol in cell by HPLC. Methods The determinate precedure : mobile phase consisted of methnol : water: phosphoric acid 45:55:0.1 ; flow rate : 0.8 ml/min ; detection wavelength :310nm;inner standard:Transferulic acid. Results The linear relationship in 0.5 -30μmol/L scale was well and the determination limit was 0.2μmol/L. Conclusion This high accuracy and sensitivity method can provide an reliable result to researching the resveratrol.
