摘要
目的:提高对尿毒症肺胸部X线表现的认识。方法:回顾性分析70例尿毒症肺患者的X线胸片。结果:肺淤血及肺间质性肺水肿30例,肺泡性肺水肿37例,肺间质纤维化3例,胸腔积液31例,心影增大56例。结论:X线胸片是诊断尿毒症肺引起的胸部异常表现简单有效的方法,可指导尿毒症肺患者的临床治疗。
Objective：To improve the understanding of chest X-ray expression of uremic lung. Methods Chest radiograph from 70 cases with uremic lung were analysed retrospectively. Results 30 cases were pulmonary congestion and interstitial edema of lung, 37 cases alveolar edema, 3 cases interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, 31 cases thoracic effusion, 56 cases heart image enlargement. Conclusion Chest radiograph is the convenient and effective method in diagnosis of the chest expression abnormity of uremic lung, it cide the clinical treatment of cases with uremic lung.
