摘要
植物病原物核酸类型较多,提取植物病原物核酸的方法也多种多样.目前,用一种方法提取多种植物病原核酸的报导较少.文章介绍了一种广泛适用于植物病原核酸的提取方法──CTAB法,CTAB法提取植物病原物核酸可解决多种植物病原物复合侵染植物时核酸提取的问题.
Nucleic acid types of plant pathogens and nucleic acid extraction methods of plant pathogens are diverse. To extract nucleic acid of various plant pathogens using one method is rarely reported recently. This paper introduces a method of CTAB which is widely fit to extract nucleic acid of plant pathogens. It can solve the nucleic acid extraction problem from multiple pathogens infected plant.
